There are 18 tenants in our building from all walks of life.   From 8 Trucking Companies and 1 truck repair to charitiy groups and warehousing.  We have 30,000 Sq. Ft. of warehousing with a loading dock and 16 wide 14 tall overhead door.  The warehouse currently is leased by  Nagle Toledo Inc and Cross Dock Services that can transload any van load.  The 3 bay shop repairs trucks and trailers for companies and owner operators.  1- Flatbed trucking company, 4 van/reefer companies, 1 car hauler and a LTL carrier.
